We guarantee all products from Geekzshops are brand new and first class quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us within 24 hours from the moment you receive the good and found that it is damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, Geekzshops will not be responsible and accept any refund or return after that.
For customer who insists to return the product that without any damages or defects during transit, exchanges or refund will be subject to a 5% of processing fees EXCLUDING shipping cost and GST.
Return
For customer who require making the return, please make sure you follow the procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:
(1) Notify us through e-mail at admin@geekzshops.com within 24 hours.
(2) Specify the following details in your e-mail:
– date and time you received the products
– Order Number
– brand and model number
– reason for the return
(3) Geekzshops will reply within 1 working day regarding to your return request with the return approval.
(4) Once your return request has been approved, write down your order number on the return-shipping label. (Do note that no return will be accepted without the return approval from Geekzshops.
(5) The returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and UNUSED WARRANTY CARD.

Refund
We only consider damaged or defective product as valid ground for full refund on the product itself ( exclude shipping costs).
Wrong or Invalid Address
Any provided address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Customized Products
We only consider the following reasons as a valid ground for full refund on the product itself (exclude shipping costs):
- Misprint
- Damaged
- Defective product
A kind reminder that all customized products are made to order, so we do not accept returns. However, in circumstances where you place order(s) incorrectly, we can provide you a good discounted rate for replacements.
Memberships
Purchase of membership plans are strictly non-refundable after 24 hours regardless if the benefits of members are utilized.
Any refund of membership plans will be charged with RM5 as a processing fee.
